After-Hours & Crisis Resources

Your mental health and safety are our top priority. While our office hours are limited, we want you to know that help is always available in times of urgent need. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, thoughts of self-harm, or are in danger, please seek immediate assistance.

If You Are in Immediate Danger

If you are at risk of harming yourself or someone else, call 911 immediately or go to your nearest emergency room.

Remember: Reaching out for help is a sign of strength. You do not have to face a crisis alone—support is available anytime, day or night.
