Family Therapy

Family therapy offers a supportive space for families to reconnect, communicate more openly, and navigate challenges together. Whether you’re facing conflict, life transitions, or patterns that feel hard to break, sessions focus on strengthening relationships and helping each member feel heard and understood. Time limited intensive in-home family therapy is also available.

Individual Therapy for Adolescents (Ages 8-17)

We provide compassionate and trauma-informed counseling for adolescents facing the challenges of growing up. Our individualized therapy helps youth build coping skills, understand their emotions, and make healthier choices in school, relationships, and home life. We can work with children of all ages if providing services in the home. Trauma assessment (based on the Neurosequential Model) and treatment recommendations are also offered for children of all ages.
