Individual Counseling for Adolescents (Ages 10-17)

We provide compassionate and trauma-informed counseling for adolescents (ages 10–17) facing the challenges of growing up. Our individualized therapy helps youth build coping skills, understand their emotions, and make healthier choices in school, relationships, and home life. Trauma assessment and treatment recommendations are also available for adolescents.

Grief/Loss Counseling

Our grief and loss counseling offers compassionate support during some of life’s hardest moments. We provide a space to process the pain of losing a loved one, relationship, or important life chapter. Grief is a deeply personal experience, and there is no “right” way to navigate it. Counseling can help you honor your loss, work through complex emotions, and find ways to heal.

Individual Counseling for Stress/Anxiety/Depression

We work with adults who may be struggling with anxiety, depression, attachment issues, infertility, parenting, blended family dynamics, and other life stressors. We offer compassionate care to help you understand and manage anxiety, worry, and panic. You will develop coping strategies, challenge unhelpful thought patterns, and regain a sense of calm and confidence.  We will work with you at a pace that is right for you and we will work together to create action-oriented treatment planning and goals.

Parent Coaching

Practical, compassionate coaching for caregivers seeking support with parenting challenges. We offer guidance on behavior management, communication, setting boundaries, and navigating transitions (sleep, school, adolescence) using evidence-based strategies, such as the Neurosequential Model and Trust Based Relational Intervention. Sessions will focus on realistic, actionable tools to reduce stress, strengthen connection, and build confidence.
